It only takes $.26 to say:

I think. I care. I hurt. I laugh. I remember. I am. I was. I will be. I love. I miss. I see.

The Propostion

Email from me to them that started it all:

"We've shared so much -- cheesecake, being calf-drunk, bad haircuts, nakedness, ticks, The Golden Girls, 786 Livingston Ct, the glory days on Monticello...I could go on forever.

Ever since that fateful night when D shocked me with that camera battery and the mold from the brick steps ruined my shorts, we've been preparing for this.

For what, you may ask?

For this. Trust me.

In a time when nostalgia creeps into our joints like the change of seasons, we have a chance to bind together in a big way. This time it's not getting through life in Tallahassee but instead, celebrating what life was and what it is yet to be for all three of us. I see our friendship as a collaboration of spirits and now it's time to channel that as we, three artists, get our hands dirty once again.

To quote The Beatles: "Come together, right now -- over me."

Questions?"

Email from Heather to us:

"As I sit here eating my morning breakfast, watching the Golden Girls,
missing you two...I read this email. So, yes I have questions: What,
when, where, how?

I'm game for whatever it is, especially if it involves the two of you!"

Impetus

We came together to share art and bridge the gap of distance. Using postcards. Below you will find five months of written/visual communication shared between three friends. Below you will find a slice of each of our lives, cared for by the hands of the US Postal Service and each other.
